The Applied Innovation Framework is build from our Founder Jens Heitland through his experience of +24 years working in national and international companies and specifically over the 12 years working in IKEA. The framework was used to help startups and large companies to succeed with innovation.

Within the Rebuild phase the setup, leadership requirements, empowerment and trust systems will be set into motion.

Experiment:

Within the Experiment phase the big strategic approach will be sliced into bite size experiments to generate quality insights and outcome.

Accelerate:

In Accelerate the proven ideas and concepts from the Experiment phase will be scaled to success.
