In 2019, Jens Heitland, the visionary behind HEITLAND Innovation, transitioned from his role as the Global Head of Innovation at IKEA Centres with a mission to unlock and enhance the innovative capabilities of individuals and organizations.
Drawing on over two decades of experience in various corporate environments, Jens has witnessed firsthand the pivotal role that empowered individuals play in driving successful transformations and innovations.
HEITLAND Innovation was conceived with the intention of breaking the mold of traditional consulting firms. Jens's firsthand experiences as a client revealed that the predominant model of major consulting firms focuses on providing solutions rather than enabling organizational members to sustain long-term success independently.
This realization inspired our commitment to emphasize the personal and human aspects of innovation, crafting engagement strategies that empower individuals to innovate while achieving tangible business outcomes.
