My name is Jens Heitland.
I had an amazing journey so far and this plays an important role of who I am and what I do.
I started my career at the age of 16 and worked on construction sites as an electrician. I developed further into retail, sustainability, customer experience , innovation and learned how to lead people in different cultures living in Germany, Russia, Sweden and Denmark.
I finished my corporate journey as global Head of Innovation IKEA Centres before I started all over again. Just to build my own business ecosystem that is 100% me, 100% fun, 100% casual and 100% focussed on impact through empowerment.
I believe companies need to change to solve the biggest problems we face as humanity. Building an innovation culture is the way to empower companies to step up and change for good.
Employees are the most important asset to innovation success in companies. The only way to create a thriving innovation culture in a company is through empowering every single employee to innovate on a daily base.
This is the purpose why I have build my innovation coaching business. I want to empower businesses to innovate through innovation culture and have build a framework that helps companies to do exactly that.
I could coach companies day in day out alone and still reach only a few, that is why I decided to turn things around and empower others to get successful too and repeat what I do.
