I am German lived in 6 countries married since 2010 and we have a daughter.

I love sports especially triathlon but also enjoy a beer with my friends.

I have inspired and equipped hundreds of leaders in small and large companies with the skills and strategies they need to transform and innovate profitable businesses.

I worked within the service delivery sector, servicing the Deutsche Bank and Norisbank in different fields, before I answered the calling of IKEA.

Within his almost 12 years in IKEA I developed in different roles from Site Facility Manager , Regional Manager to Project Manager for different project inside the German IKEA organisation.

My passion for sustainability enabled me to take the lead of The Sustainable IKEA Store project which I lead as Global Project Manager, to develop the future sustainability approach for all IKEA store developments to get inspired from.

While leading the global project I got the chance to drive the Sustainability Agenda as Head of Sustainability in IKEA Centres Russia and later taking additional responsibilities as Head of Innovation and Customer Experience for the Russian market.

Building an innovation team equipped me with the strategic and operational knowledge of prototyping the innovation culture from within.

This further enabled me to end up in Sweden as global Head of Innovation for IKEA Centres prototyping the way forward of innovation in IKEAs Centres business.

In 2019 I stepped out of the IKEA Universe to build my own business.

First part time, still working with Fjord the Design and Innovation arm of Accenture the global Consultancy and later all into his own business endeavours.

I am all about connecting people.

I believe the a group of people will always outperform a person alone. I want to utilize my ability to connect people to solve big problems in the world. Especially climate change is one of the biggest challenges humanity is facing, together we can innovate businesses, products, processes and more to find solutions that will help us to solve the climate crisis.

That puts herself out there to challenge the norm, inspires through thinking and verbalizes the opportunities ahead. I want to engage with people to help them building ecosystems that enable change and innovation in the world.
